出错的原因：在于VS Studio中开发时使用的是IIS Express，当发布后，一般为IIS。
所以存在一些问题：
1、NET8的SDK是否安装，版本确保一致。
2、NET8的HOSTING工具是否正确安装，确保版本一致。
3、Web.config的设置修改，如下：
找到hostingModel="inprocess"，改成hostingModel="OutOfProcess"
