Error Details:
•Unable to place a FastCGI process in a JobObject. Try disabling the Application Pool CPU Limit feature
•Error Number: 5 (0x80070005).
•Error Description: ¾ü¾ø·ÃÎê¡￡

HTTP Error 500 - Server Error.
Internet Information Services (IIS)

在网站对应的IIS应用池，关闭对CPU的监控即可。也可以考虑控制CPU的百分比，由于CPU以1/1000为单位，因此10%为10000，建议不超过50%，即限制CPU为50000值
